Welcome to the WhatsApp AI Sales and related AI marketing services (the "Services") provided by Shenzhen Liying Culture Media Co., Ltd. ("Liying", "we", "us"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

Liying provides an all-in-one AI marketing solution for cross-border and foreign-trade businesses, including AI lead generation, WhatsApp AI communication, intelligent CRM, customer background checks and GEO/SEO optimization. We may adjust, upgrade or optimize the Services as our business develops.

2. Your Responsibilities and Compliance

You must provide true, accurate and lawful information when registering and using the Services;
You must comply with applicable laws and the terms and policies of third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Meta;
You are responsible for your marketing activities and their content, and must not use the Services for spam, fraud, harassment or any unlawful purpose;
